Merritt M. Galla, Owner/HR Consultant

Merritt possesses over 20 years of Human Resource and Management experience in a variety of industries including auto manufacturing, insurance, hotel, employee leasing and cable management. Her vast knowledge in human resource management and benefit administration has allowed companies to concentrate their efforts on profitability rather than employee issues, employment law, safety and governmental compliance.  

Merritt received her BS degree in the Applied Sciences from Western Michigan University.  She has been a member of the northern Michigan community for more than 30 years.  She takes pride in the area she has chosen to live and is honored to be a current member of the Traverse City Chamber of Commerce, the Benzie Area Chamber of Commerce and the Society for Human Resource Management.
